Handling Time

All fairing/bodywork purchases made on the TJMMOTORS.COM are Pre-ordered, which allows us to make any customization you would like and ensures quality assurance. It typically will need handling time of 7-10 business days, custom orders may take a bit longer to produce as each order is unique to the customer’s specific request(s). 

Shipping

Our fairings are shipped directly via China/Hong Kong Post EMS (Express Mail Service) from our factory which is located in Guangzhou, China. It normally takes about 7-10 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, and some Western European countries. 

Tracking information will be provided so that our customers can track and contact the shipping company when there is a problem with shipment.

Delivery

Delivery estimates by taking the handling time for your order and adding shipping time. Normally from the date of purchase you can expect to wait only 3 weeks before your fairing set arrives at your door.

We are able to deliver to most countries. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order due to geographical location, we will provide a full refund when payment has already been made. The delivery time differ greatly for different shipping addresses. You can check your shipping status by checking your account with TJMMOTORS.COM, email us or asking our online support for help.

In an unlikely event, it is possible for international shipments to be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, which are usually beyond our control. They are include but not limited to untraceable online, delay in updating the status,etc. Such delays do occur very rarely and only for a very short time. we are completely apologetic, our support team will keep watching at the shipping and if it does come to our knowledge that your shipment has been delayed or failed in delivery, we will notify you immediately via mail and we will do what it takes to make it right and keep you informed. We appreciate your anticipated patience in due course. 

Signature upon delivery is normally required as most of the items are packaged in a large box.
